• 03-032-OME: Original part number for cylindrical lock outside trim positions using the Omega FSIC lever.
• 09-332-OME: Original part number for mortise lock trim applications using the Omega FSIC lever. The 09 prefix in the legacy Schlage system identified mortise trim levers.
• 03-332-OME: Original part number for exit device outside trim applications using the Omega FSIC lever.

All three installation types are now served by the 03-232-OME as the single current part number. When sourcing a replacement Omega FSIC lever for any of these applications, the 03-232-OME is the correct current OEM part regardless of which legacy number the original specification used.

Omega FSIC Lever: No Tactile Variant in Any Format

The Schlage ND and ALX Series lever catalog offers tactile variants for Athens, Rhodes, Sparta, and Tubular designs across all lever format prefixes (03-230 closed, 03-231 KIL, 03-200 SFIC, and 03-232 FSIC). The Omega design has no tactile variant in any format. There is no 8OME designation in the 03-232 family or any other Schlage lever prefix family. The 03-232-OME is the only Omega FSIC lever available and it has a standard smooth handle surface. When a project uses Omega FSIC levers and certain doors require the tactile designation, a different lever design must be specified for those doors.

03-042-OME Omega Rose: Required With This Lever

The Omega lever is the only lever design in the Schlage ND and ALX Series catalog that uses a dedicated rose. The 03-042-OME (Omega Rose) is the correct inside and outside rose for the Omega lever at all trim positions. The 03-042-RHO (Rhodes Rose), which is the standard rose for every other lever design, does not fit the Omega lever hub correctly and must not be substituted. When ordering a complete Omega FSIC trim assembly using the 03-232-OME, the 03-042-OME rose must be ordered separately in the matching finish for both inside and outside positions.

Compatibility, NDE Note, and Finishes

The 03-232-OME is compatible with ALX Series, ND Series, CO-100, CO-200, CO-200/250, AD-200/250, AD-300, AD-400, and AD-993-DT Dummy Trim Exterior. The NDE Series is not included in the formal compatibility list for the 03-232-OME. This differs from the 03-232-ATH (Athens FSIC Lever), which includes the NDE Series in its five Service Manuals. The 03-232-OME is documented in four Service Manuals: ALX, ND, AD, and CO.

ND function coverage includes ND81 (Accessible Storeroom), ND82 (Institution), ND85 (Faculty Restroom), ND91 through ND97 Vandlgard functions, and all indicator variants. Ten finishes are available: 605 (Bright Brass), 606 (Satin Brass), 612 (Satin Bronze), 613 (Oil Rubbed Bronze), 619 (Satin Nickel), 622 (Powder-Coated Matte Black), 625 (Bright Chrome), 626 (Satin Chrome), 626AM (Satin Chrome Antimicrobial), and 643E (Aged Bronze).
