Shipping

Most orders are processed the same business day upon receipt and credit card approval.

Products will be shipped by UPS ground, unless requested otherwise and charges will be added to the shipment.

Return & Exchange

Upon receipt of merchandise, inspect the product carefully. Should the product not meet your expectations or satisfaction, contact us immediately at sales@securityparts.com with your concerns so we may endeavor to satisfy your purchase.

In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve your issues:

We will accept stock items returned within 30 days in saleable condition, subject to a 15% restocking charge and less shipping charges. Non-stock items or items held more than 30 days cannot be returned unless defective. We will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warranty period. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to defective returns.

To return items, follow the instructions below:

Email us at sales@securityparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In your email, briefly describe the reason for your return request. You must receive an RMA number before returning any goods to us. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the box. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused, and no credit will be issued. RMAs are valid for ten days from the date of issuance. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all accessories, packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and the original shipping box. Return shipments must be prepaid; COD returns will not be accepted.
