The 03-233-ATH is the correct selection for all standard Athens button lever positions throughout a project. The 03-233-8AT applies only where building code or facility policy requires the tactile designation at that specific inside trim position. When replacing an installed Athens button lever, confirm whether the original was specified as standard or tactile before ordering to avoid a non-compliant installation at that door.
