• 09-355-TLR: Original part number covering both cylindrical lock and mortise lock outside trim applications using the Tubular Yale 6-pin FSIC lever.
• 03-355-TLR: Original part number for exit device outside trim applications.

Any maintenance record or specification referencing 09-355-TLR (cylindrical or mortise) or 03-355-TLR (exit device) maps to the 03-255-TLR as the current OEM replacement.

Tubular Profile in the Yale 6-Pin FSIC Format

The 03-255-TLR completes the 03-255 Yale 6-pin FSIC J-YA6 lever family alongside the 03-255-ATH (Athens), 03-255-RHO (Rhodes), and 03-255-SPA (Sparta). All four share the same price, the same five-series coverage including NDE, and the same two-legacy-number structure. The Tubular profile is the only distinction of the 03-255-TLR. The Tubular lever uses a uniform round cylindrical rod handle that is visually distinct from all other lever profiles in the Schlage ND and ALX Series catalog.

Per the SecurityParts.com FAQ: "This lever is uniquely milled to fit the distinct physical shell dimensions, depth tolerances, and locking lug paths of a Yale FSIC cylinder casing, meaning standard Schlage security cores will not seat." A compatible Yale 6-pin FSIC (J-YA6) core must be sourced separately and installed in the field. The core is not included with the 03-255-TLR. The 03-255 format is distinct from the 03-236 Yale 7-pin FSIC format, the 03-232 Schlage FSIC format, and all other interchangeable core lever formats.
