The Falcon 030787-000-70 is the OEM Button Spacer for the Falcon T301 Privacy Lock, documented in the official Falcon T Series Parts Manual. The button spacer is confirmed in the Trim Assembly position for the T301 Privacy Lock function only, as listed on the SecurityParts.com product page.

What the Button Spacer Does in the T301 Privacy Lock

The button spacer is a Trim Assembly component in the Falcon T301 Privacy Lock that positions the inside push button at the correct depth within the trim plate. The T301 Privacy Lock uses an inside push button to engage the locking state at the outside lever. The button spacer provides the dimensional standoff required for the button to sit at the correct height in the trim plate, ensuring it can be fully pressed to engage the lock state and will not sit too deep or too prominent relative to the trim surface. When the button spacer is missing or damaged, the push button may not engage or disengage the lock state correctly. Replacing the 030787-000-70 restores the correct button position in the T301 Trim Assembly.

T301 Privacy Lock: The Only Function Using This Spacer

The 030787-000-70 Button Spacer is confirmed for the T301 Privacy Lock only, as listed on the SecurityParts.com product page. It does not appear in the parts lists for other T Series privacy, entry, office, or any other functions. When sourcing replacement parts for a Falcon T301 Privacy Lock trim assembly, confirm the complete trim assembly parts list from the Falcon T Series Parts Manual to identify all components required for the repair.
